Nutzungsbedingungen

Stand: 10.10.2026 · English version below · Datenschutz · Impressum

10. Recht

Es gilt deutsches Recht. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Landes, in dem du lebst, bleiben unberührt.

Terms of use

As of 10 Oct 2026. English version of the German text above; if they differ, the German text applies. Privacy · Imprint

1. The game

Shatterfall is offered by Andre Dilger (address in the imprint). On the web the game is free to play. We sell nothing on this website; purchases on Steam are governed by Valve's terms. How we handle data is in the privacy policy.

2. Names and profiles

Your name and profile card are visible to everyone. Not allowed: insults, hate, sexual content, real personal data (yours or anyone else's), pretending to be someone else – including names that can be mistaken for another player's or the developer's – and advertising.

3. Play fair

Not allowed: edited saves, tools, bots or tampered requests to our server to get scores, and using bugs to gain leaderboard places. If you find a bug, please tell us.

4. What we may do

If the rules are broken we may hide leaderboard entries, reset names or ban a player (who then can't upload scores, names or profiles any more, but can keep playing). We pick the mildest measure that works. New top places by players younger than 3 days are checked by hand before others see them. These decisions are always made by a person.

5. Reasons and objections

For every measure the game shows you what we did, why (which rule, which entry) and how to object. You can object within 6 months through the contact form or by email to info@dilger.app. A person reviews the case again and replies. If the measure was wrong, we undo it. You can still go to court.

6. Reporting

Report a player on the leaderboards with "Report this player". Anyone – also people who don't play – can report illegal content or other problems through the contact form or by email. Please say where the content is (board, name, date), why it is illegal or breaks these rules and, if you want a reply, your email address. We handle every report promptly and carefully and, if you give an address, tell you what we decided.

7. Point of contact

The single point of contact for authorities, the European Commission and users (Art. 11 and 12 DSA) is info@dilger.app, also through the contact form. Languages: German and English.

8. Availability and liability

We offer the free game without any promise that it is always available or free of bugs. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act; otherwise we are not liable for the free game, as far as the law allows.

9. Changes

We keep developing the game and may change it, adjust content or restart leaderboards. If we change these terms, we say so in the game. If you don't agree, you can stop at any time and delete your data in the game.

10. Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live stay unaffected.
